Meet Phil

Phil has been around for a few years, well quite a few and some may think he is a bit jaded but nothing can be further from the truth.

He is passionate about real estate and believes that the people he comes into contact with through his chosen career path is the most rewarding part of being a real estate salesman.

Being apart of an award-winning sales and property management office keeps him busy and alive. As a family business (2 daughters, a son in law and wife) for over 25 years plus staffed with several fantastic ladies that also love their job and the real estate industry he considers himself to have won the lottery of life.

His real estate career has morphed into a lifestyle for him and his family. He lives his life full of gratitude for all the people that have enriched his life.

Fun Fact: Phil use to be a mechanic and also owned an ice-cream van + a merry-go-round.
