Below you will find a collection of Tenant Forms which you may find useful during your tenancy. Please complete and return your selected form to your Property Manager or email to our main office email: enquiries@c21rockingham.com.au

If you experience emergency or urgent maintenance outside of our office hours of Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, please contact us on 0400 359 016. Please leave a message or send a text. Essential services include repairs to: - Burst water service or No Water - Gas leaks - Broken hot water system - Sewerage leaks or - Dangerous electrical faults - Broken windows/doors caused by accident and/or vandalism - Severe storm damage What isn't classed as an emergency? - Locked out of your home (you need to organize a locksmith) - Blocked toilet (if there is more than one toilet at the property) - Blocked or leaking showers or sinks - Stove or oven not working - Air conditioning not working - Hot water system going hot and cold - Reticulation not working - TV aerial not working The above non-emergency situations should be reported to us in writing by email and we will organise the repair during business hours. If you elect to organise a contractor to attend to maintenance that isn't an emergency, you may not be reimbursed for the repair cost.
